In the classroom, students will examine the legal system, discuss current events and issues affecting society, and participate in group and project based learning. Throughout the year, students hear from a variety of guest speakers currently working in law and law enforcement. Students also actively participate in law related field trips and extracurricular activities.

Comprehensive Law Studies Constitutional Law Legal Systems and Concepts Court Procedures Criminal Justice Operations I – III Executive Internship
School of Law Clubs - Click HERE
Mock Trial Team – Students are given a hypothetical court case and prepare to take the case to trial, competing with other mock trial teams at the district, state, and national level. Students act as attorneys in the case, presenting evidence and legal arguments.
Speech and Debate – Students participate in debate competitions throughout the district. Students are given an issue and must argue in the affirmative or negative, providing facts to substantiate their argument.
