Law and Public Affairs

The Law and Public Affairs Academy provides an in depth preparatory curriculum for students interested in pre-law, public law, public administration and public policy. This program prepares students for careers in law enforcement criminal justice and corrections. Students will be involved in mentoring and shadowing programs. Our local professionals will offer guidance, assistance and summer internships. Dual enrollment is also provided by colleges and universities.

The Academy of School to Careers/Entrepreneurship is an exciting program which provides students with an opportunity to enter their career immediately after completing high school. Students may select from an array of programs such as Technology Studies, Cosmetology, Child Care, Commercial Foods, Printing, Drafting and many others. Each area offers a unique set of courses for specialized training. Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certificate of completion.

The Academy of Sports Management is a college preparatory academy with the vision of academic and personal excellence for all students. A rigorous academic program, enhanced by an integrated sports management curriculum, supports the emphasis on college preparation. Aerospace Science

The academy will provide experiences that will help you pursue post secondary science, mathematics, technology, and engineering degrees at a college or university (including advance training technician licenses); experiences with robotics/invention product development and entrepreneur business planning; and/or acquaint you with the vast career choices in aerospace related to aviation such as commercial pilots licenses and programs to repair and service mainframes and avionic systems for aircrafts.
